3 High Protein Crockpot Meals To Boost Your Energy

Crockpots simplify meals one pot at a time and are also helpful in creating high-protein meals that go beyond meat.

If you're growing bored of your current recipe roster, try out one of these delicious and nutritious options!

1 lb soaked cannellini beans 6 cups unsalted chicken broth 1 cup yellow onion and sliced carrots 1 tsp chopped rosemary, parsley Parmesan cheese

Chicken and White Bean Stew

2 bone-in chicken breasts (1 lb.) 4 cups chopped kale 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper  2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Add beans, broth, veggies, herbs, Parmesan, add chicken and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred chicken and cook on high for 30 min. 

2 large (600g) chicken breast 1 tsp cumin, oregano, salt and pepper 1/2 (65g) small onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced

Chicken Enchiladas

4 oz (113g) can diced green chile 1 can black beans, enchilada sauce 6 small corn tortillas, cut into strips  1 1/2 cup cheddar, jack cheese

Add beans, seasonings, veggies, chicken and sauce. Cook on low for 3 hours, shred chicken, add tortilla strips and cheese. Cook for 30 min, then serve and enjoy!

2 pounds top round, cut into thirds 1 tbsp chili powder, Mexican oregano 2 tsp garlic and onion powder, salt 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Shredded Beef Chili Mac 

5 oz can roasted crushed tomatoes 2 cups chicken or beef bone broth 2 6-ounce boxes of Pasta Shells 3/4 cup (180g) Milk 4 oz Shredded Colby cheese

Mix ingredients, add beef and cook on low for 9 hours. Shred beef, add pasta, cover and cook for 30 min.
