Simple, quick and packed with flavor, these brownies are ideal for busy schedules or sudden sweet cravings. No fancy tools or long prep required!
Gather these three ingredients: 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar and 2 large eggs.
For the best texture, use creamy peanut butter. Want a crunch? Opt for chunky peanut butter instead.
Granulated sugar is the classic choice, but you can experiment with brown sugar for a caramel-like flavor.
Combine peanut butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl. Stir until smooth and the mixture has no lumps.
Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal after baking.
Pour the smooth batter into the prepared baking pan. Spread it evenly using a spatula for uniform baking.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the brownies for 20–25 minutes until the edges are set.
Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Elevate your brownies with add-ins like chocolate chips, chopped nuts or a drizzle of caramel. Serve as-is or pair with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
