If you can’t get enough apple cider during fall or want to spice the drink up a bit, try one of these ideas for apple cider mocktails.
1 cup apple cider, ½ cup ginger ale (or sparkling water), 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 cinnamon stick, pinch of ground cinnamon, sliced apple and lemon for garnish.
In a shaker, combine apple cider, lemon juice, and the ground cinnamon. Shake well and pour into a glass filled with ice.
Top with ginger ale or sparkling water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, apple slices and lemon slices.
1 cup apple cider, ½ cup cranberry juice (unsweetened), ½ cup sparkling water, 1 tbsp fresh lime juice, fresh cranberries and apple slices for garnish.
Mix apple cider, cranberry juice, and lime juice in a pitcher then pour into glasses over ice. Top with sparkling water for some fizz. Garnish with fresh cranberries and apple slices.
1 cup apple cider, ½ cup ginger beer (non-alcoholic), 1 tbsp fresh lime juice, 1 cinnamon stick, ice, sliced apple and lime for garnish.
In a glass filled with ice, pour the apple cider, ginger beer and lime juice. Stir gently with a cinnamon stick. Garnish with apple slices and lime.
1 cup apple cider, 1 tbsp caramel syrup, ½ cup sparkling water or club soda, whipped cream (optional), cinnamon sugar and apple slices for garnish.
Top apple cider with sparkling water and add whipped cream (optional), garnish with apple slices.
1 cup apple cider, ½ cup club soda or sparkling water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, fresh mint leaves, sliced apples and lemon for garnish.
Muddle mint leaves in a glass. Add ice, apple cider and lemon juice. Top with club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with apple slices, lemon slices and fresh mint.
Apple cider is a fall staple and now is the perfect time to embrace the season with some.
