4 oz cold brew concentrate 1 banana 1/2 cup ice 1 tbsp cashew butter 10 oz water or plant milk 1 tsp reishi mushroom powder 1/2 tsp of maca powder
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Mix until smooth and frothy. Serve in a chilled glass and top with cinnamon.

1/2 tsp matcha vanilla powder 2 cups astragalus tea or water 1 tsp coconut manna or cream oil 2 scoops collagen peptides 1 tsp maca powder 1 tsp ashwagandha 1 tsp MCT
With a bamboo whisk in a round bowl, mix matcha with 2 tbsp water or astragalus. Blend ingredients until creamy. Top with cinnamon or hemp seeds.
