Cauliflower rice is a versatile, low-carb alternative to regular rice. Here are some delicious and easy cauliflower rice recipes you can try.
1 medium cauliflower, riced, 2 tbsp butter or olive oil, 4 cloves garlic, minced, salt and pepper to taste, fresh parsley, chopped (optional).
Heat the butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley and serve.
1 head of riced cauliflower, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 small chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 cup mixed peas, carrots and corn, 2 beaten eggs, 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari) and green onions.
Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sauté onions and garlic until soft. Push them to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs on the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
Stir in the cauliflower rice, mixed vegetables and soy sauce. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower is tender. Garnish with green onions and serve.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add cauliflower rice and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
1 head of cauliflower, riced, 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, ¼ cup heavy cream or milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the riced cauliflower and sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft.
Stir in the cheddar cheese, parmesan and cream. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and coats the cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
