DIY Copycat Snickerdoodle Crumbl Cookie

Crumbl Cookie has gained popularity in the last few years due in part to its unique menu, which changes every week.

The rotating menu can be a bit of a double-edged sword. While it keeps things exciting, it also means that fan-favorite flavors aren’t always available when you want them.

But don’t worry! If you’ve got a specific craving, you can recreate some of Crumbl’s most popular flavors right at home. Here's how to bring that indulgent, bakery-fresh taste to your own kitchen.

3 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp cream of tartar 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda

Snickerdoodle Cupcake Cookie

1 cup butter 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla Vanilla cream cheese frosting Sugar cinnamon mix

Preheat oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine and whisk the dry ingredients.

In a separate mixer, combine sugar and egg until the mixture reaches a creamy texture.

Follow with the eggs and vanilla. Use medium-high speed on your mixer until fully combined. Then, add your dry ingredients slowly and in small increments.

Now you can roll your dough into balls. The size is up to personal preference, but if you want Crumbl size, use a 3.25 cookie scoop.

Before placing them in the oven, roll the dough balls in the sugar-cinnamon mix. Bake for 10 minutes, but be sure to keep an eye on the cookies as the size will effect cooking time.

Once fully cooked, remove from the oven, sprinkle on a bit more sugar-cinnamon and allow to cool completely.

Using a piping bag and a #805 piping tip, frost the cookie with cream cheese frosting and add a final dusting of the sugar cinnamon mix.
