As the days grow longer and spring blossoms into full swing, Easter offers the perfect excuse to get creative.
We’ve gathered a delightful mix of Easter craft ideas that are easy, cheerful and sure to bring a little extra joy to your home.
What you'll need: - Plain fabric tote bag - Fabric markers or paint - Stencils
Lay the tote bag flat and choose a design (like bunnies or flowers). Use fabric markers or paint to draw on the bag. You can use stencils for cleaner shapes. Allow the paint to dry, then the bag is ready to hold all your Easter goodies!
What you'll need: - Paper plate - Pink construction paper - Scissors - Glue or tape - Markers or crayons
Cut out the center of the paper plate to create a ring. Cut two bunny ear shapes from pink construction paper and glue them to the top of the plate.
Decorate with bunny features like eyes, a nose and whiskers using markers or crayons. Once complete, you can wear your paper plate bunny ears as a fun headband!
What you'll need: - Small flower pot - White paint - Pink paper - Cotton ball - Googly eyes - Glue
Paint the flower pot white and let it dry. Cut bunny ears out of pink paper and glue them to the top rim of the pot.
Add googly eyes and glue a cotton ball to the bottom for the bunny’s tail. You can also use the flower pot to plant some flowers for extra springtime charm!
What you'll need: - Plastic Easter eggs - Rice, beans or beads - Glue or tape - Markers or stickers for decoration
Fill a plastic Easter egg with rice, beans or beads. Close the egg and secure it with glue or tape to make sure it doesn’t open. Decorate the outside of the egg with markers or stickers. Now you've got a musical instrument for the holiday!
