Popcorn is a classic snack that can be enjoyed in countless ways. Making fluffy, perfectly popped popcorn at home is simple, and it's a great treat for movie nights or gatherings.
With marshmallows, butter, and a sprinkle of magic, you’ll have the perfect snack for any occasion!
Use your preferred method (stovetop, air popper or microwave) to pop 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels. Set the popcorn aside in a large bowl.
In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it’s fully melted and bubbling.
To the melted butter, add 4 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir continuously until the marshmallows completely melt and form a smooth, gooey mixture.
For extra flavor, stir in 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract into the marshmallow mixture. This step is optional but adds a delicious touch!
Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over your bowl of popped popcorn.
Carefully stir the popcorn and marshmallow mixture together, making sure all the popcorn is coated in the sticky marshmallow goo.
Using your hands or a spoon, gently press the popcorn into clusters, creating that fluffy, bite-sized texture that’s so fun to eat.
Once your popcorn clusters are ready, place them on a serving platter or into bowls. Serve immediately for the best fluffy texture!
This fun, fluffy treat is sure to bring smiles. It's a unique and memorable snack perfect for any occasion.
