- Set a budget - Pick a date and time - Choose a venue (if necessary) - Create guest list - Pick a theme (optional) - Send out invitations

2-3 Months Before

- Plan a menu (catered, homemade, potluck?) - Order cakes or desserts - Arrange for seating  - Find decorations (banners, balloons, displays) - Organize entertainment

1-2 Months Before

- Create a slideshow/memory board to honor the graduate - Consider any grad swag you might want to order (t-shirts, cups, banners)
