Here are ten delicious low-carb dinner ideas. Many of these meals contain creative and healthy alternatives for ingredients in classic recipes that are high in carbs and starches.
Marinate chicken in olive oil, garlic and rosemary, then grill until fully cooked. Roast a mix of zucchini, bell peppers and asparagus in the oven with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Spiralize zucchini into noodles. Sauté shrimp with garlic until cooked, then toss with zucchini noodles, pesto and cherry tomatoes.
Cook ground turkey or beef with onions and garlic, mix in spinach and tomato sauce. Stuff the mixture into halved bell peppers, top with cheese and bake.
Pulse cauliflower in a food processor to rice-sized pieces. Sauté with garlic, carrots, peas and soy sauce. Add scrambled eggs and your choice of protein (chicken or shrimp).
Stir-fry beef until browned, then add broccoli, garlic and ginger. Finish with soy sauce and sesame oil.
