Quick & Easy No-Bake Cookies

No-bake cookies are the perfect sweet treat when you're short on time or don't want to turn on the oven. Follow these instructions and you'll have a delightful snack ready to enjoy in minutes!

Gather Ingredients

You’ll need butter, sugar, milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter, vanilla extract and rolled oats. Pre-measuring all your ingredients will make the process smoother.

Heat Butter and Sugar

In a medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar, milk and cocoa powder. Stir over medium heat until the butter melts and everything is well-mixed.

Add Peanut Butter

After boiling for a minute, add peanut butter to the saucepan and stir until it melts into the chocolate mixture.

Add Vanilla Extract

Stir in the vanilla extract for extra flavor. This gives the cookies a deeper, richer taste.

Mix in Oats

Pour the rolled oats in. Stir until they're completely coated with the chocolate and peanut butter mixture.

Scoop the Mixture

Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared parchment or wax paper.

Shape the Cookies

If you want, you can gently press the spoonfuls into round cookie shapes. Or, leave them as is for a more rustic look.

Let Cool

Allow the cookies to cool and set at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. You can place them in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes to help them set faster.
