With vibrant colors, sweet and savory flavors and just a handful of fresh ingredients, this dish is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser that looks as good as it tastes.

Here’s how to make this simple dish that guests will be talking about long after your celebration ends.

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed or cut into stars using a cookie cutter - 1 cup blueberries - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced - 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Ingredients

- 1–2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped - Juice of 1 lime - Optional: drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze

Ingredients

Cube the watermelon or use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to make it festive. Slice the strawberries and rinse the blueberries.

Prep The Fruit

In a large bowl, gently mix the watermelon, strawberries and blueberries. Sprinkle crumbled feta (or mozzarella pearls) over the fruit. Add chopped mint for some freshness.

Combine

Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salad. For extra sweetness or a gourmet touch, drizzle with a little honey or balsamic glaze.

Dress It

Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.

Chill and Serve

Want it dairy-free? Skip the cheese and add coconut flakes or jicama instead. You can also add cucumbers for some crunch.
