It won’t be long now until the final weeks of summer 2024 are upon us, but not everyone is ready to say goodbye to the hottest season of the year. While the warm temperatures can sometimes be unbearable, fast food joints and restaurants know how to draw guests in with sweet and cool ice cream treats. Before August wraps up, one of America’s most popular chicken shops has announced that an old fan favorite – the Chick-fil-A Banana Pudding Milkshake – will return to the menu for the first time in 13 years.
As Fox5 Atlanta notes, the delicious drink debuted in 2011, combining real bananas with vanilla wafer cookie crumbles. Since leaving the menu, foodies have requested the return of the Banana Pudding Milkshake, and Chick-fil-A has finally obliged. When sharing the news, the restaurant revealed a brand-new item, Banana Frosted Coffee, will be available on Aug. 26th too. The latter drink includes cold-brew coffee, signature Icedream dessert, bananas and vanilla wafer cookie crumbles.

Since we don’t know how long either beverage will be available in-store, we’ve uncovered a copycat recipe that’s just as satisfying as the original.
