Your blender might be the most universal tool in your kitchen. With the press of a button and the whirl of a blade, it can chop, puree, crush ice, and more. In short, it can do it all. However, when summer arrives, the blender becomes the ultimate device for creating delicious, chilled beverages, such as margaritas. Tangy, citrusy, sweet, and boozy, the best frozen margarita recipes feel like summer in a glass and deliver a tasty sip for the season. Even better? They’re easy to make and are fitting for a crowd.

If you’re well-versed in making traditional margaritas, you won’t have to worry about a learning curve for the iced version. Most recipes use the same ingredients, limes, tequila, and orange liqueur, and have fewer steps since you don’t have to stir or shake to mix. They can also be adapted to fit a variety of taste preferences. Whether you prefer a spicy kick of pepper or a sweeter margarita with different fruit flavors, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
