So grab your cast iron pan or portable stove, these recipes will have everyone at the campsite asking for seconds.
Scramble eggs, cheese, sausage or veggies, then wrap in a tortilla and foil. Heat over the fire or prep ahead and just rewarm.
Cook diced potatoes, onions, peppers and bacon or sausage in a cast iron pan. Crack a few eggs on top and cover until cooked through.
Mix oats, milk (or plant milk), sweetener and toppings like fruit or nuts in a jar. No cooking required, just grab and eat in the morning.
Bring a pre-made mix in a squeeze bottle. Cook over a griddle or skillet and top with syrup, jam or fresh fruit.
