5 Mindfully Delicious Whole 30 Mocktails

This may be your year to ramp up mindfulness when it comes to what you're eating and drinking. If so, look no further than these five Whole 30 mocktails. 

The Whole 30 is a 30-day diet that eliminates sugar, alcohol, grains, dairy, legumes and soy. There is also a plant-based version of the diet that is inclusive of legumes and soy. 

What Is Whole 30?

Whole 30 mocktails combine the emphasis on natural ingredients with that of alcohol substitutes. Many of their recommended mocktails are solely fruit juices, herbs and/or seasonings without substitutes. 

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup coconut cream (or coconut milk) 2 tbsp apple juice concentrate 1 medium banana frozen Fresh pineapple wedges for garnish

Pina Colada

The combination of fruit makes it sweet, while the coconut cream or milk give a classic touch of flavor and creaminess. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour and garnish as desired. Enjoy immediately.

4 cups frozen strawberries 1 cup apple juice concentrate 1 cup berry sparkling water 3-4 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice 

Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri

The frozen strawberries make this a refreshing drink and the apple juice concentrate with no added sweeteners brings sweetness without taking over the drink. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour, garnish as desired and serve.

1 large grapefruit juiced 1 medium lime juiced 2 tbsp apple juice concentrate 1 can grapefruit sparkling water Lime wedges to garnish

Paloma

The mocktail keeps its classic flavor via the lime and grapefruit juice. Fill two small beverage cups halfway with ice. Split the juice mixture then fill to the top with sparkling water and garnish with lime wedges. Drink and enjoy.

3/4 cup Whole 30 compatible apple juice (with no added sugar) 1/2 cup unflavored sparkling water 1/2 tsp LMNT Raw Electrolyte mix  Pinch of cinnamon

Apple Mockarita 

Pour the apple juice, LMNT Electrolyte Mix and a pinch of cinnamon into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour the mix over ice. Top with sparkling water until the glass is almost full.

2 tbsp muddled pomegranate 1 tbsp muddled cranberries 2 oz of pomegranate juice 2 oz of cranberry juice  1 oz orange juice 1 oz apple juice Black cherry sparkling water

PomCran Perfection

Unlock a fizzy burst of bright flavors with this mocktail. Star by muddling pomegranate and cranberries in a shaker. Add juice and ice before shaking well. Strain the mixture into your glass. Top with sparkling water, serve and enjoy.
