There’s something quietly powerful about the shift into spring. It’s not just the light changing or the temperatures creeping up — it’s the feeling that something new is possible. Windows get cracked open. Rooms get rearranged. We start eyeing our spaces with fresh intention. And every year, without fail, I find myself reaching for something lighter — lighter textiles, lighter moods, lighter ways of living in my home.
That feeling is exactly what inspired The Spring Edit.
This season, Home & Texture is doing what we do best: meeting you where you are and helping you make your space feel like you — refreshed, intentional, and deeply personal. The Spring Edit is our most expansive seasonal series yet, and it spans everything from the way we design and organize our rooms to the way we gather, eat, and entertain within them.
On the home and interiors side, we’re exploring what it really means to reset a space for a new season — not just aesthetically, but practically. We’ll be talking to designers and creators about the organizing systems, textile swaps, and intentional updates that make a room feel new without requiring a full renovation. We’re looking at the trends worth paying attention to (hello, marshmallow furniture) and the timeless ones that never go out of style. We’ll visit personal spaces that have been transformed with care — including a spare room reimagined as a full creative retreat — and dig into how something as simple as rotating your artwork or refreshing your entryway can completely shift the energy of your home.
And then there’s the table. Because spring isn’t just about how your home looks — it’s about what happens inside it. Our Spring Table series explores the culture and joy of gathering: the seasonal menus worth mastering, the wines to open as the weather warms, the hosting rituals passed down and the new ones we’re inventing. From a vinyl listening dinner party to a spring garden party menu to a guide on spring aperitivos, we’re covering every occasion — big or small — that calls for good food and even better company.
There’s also plenty more to look forward to: conversations with Black designers, florists, and creators who are setting the tone for how we live and decorate this season; personal essays about the everyday magic of a refreshed space; and a few destinations that are redefining what it means to feel at home, even away from it.
Spring is short. But what we build, cook, arrange, and share in it can last. We made The Spring Edit for the woman who’s ready to step into the season with purpose — and we can’t wait for you to read every word.
Welcome in.
