Last August, the internet was set ablaze when Sarah Jessica Parker’s Hamptons beach cottage was offered for an exclusive two-night stay for only $19.98. The unbelievable price point was in honor of the year “Sex and the City” premiered. Along with Booking.com, the “Sex and the City” star offered her cozy cottage stocked with her favorite beverages, snacks, experiences, and a pair of SJP high-heeled shoes. The home was available for booking on a first-come-first-serve basis, and as you can imagine, it was booked in a flash.

If you didn’t have a chance to experience Parker’s 1940s Hamptons cottage the first time around, a new opportunity awaits. Located in Amagansett, New York, the vacation home is available for booking again. Instead of booking for two nights like last year, you can book it for the entire summer.
A Summer in the Hamptons
Realtor.com says Parker’s dreamy abode is available for booking from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The summer getaway will cost you $95,000. If you’re looking for a shorter stay and a lesser price point, the home is also available to book for July for $45,000 or from August until Labor Day for $35,000.

In last year’s booking, Parker says, “I’m thrilled to welcome guests into this little home away from home by the beach, and hope the cozy space we’ve created in our Hamptons cottage is just what the doctor ordered.”
With 1,200 square feet of space, this summer home is perfect for relaxing with your family. Enjoy the Hamptons and indulge in peaceful mornings admiring the ocean. The three-bedroom, one-bath home has white paneled walls, a cozy fireplace, and pops of color to add joy to your day.
Small yet mighty, this home has a private yard so you can lay out and relax in the sun. There’s a large deck equipped with a barbecue and lounge chairs that overlook the lawn. An outdoor shower is available on the property as well to wash off after a day on the beach. The private pathway on the property will lead you directly to a secluded beach in the area.
Like Parker, you can book this summer getaway and live life in the Hamptons via Realtor.com.
