6. Place lobster tails on the grill, meat side up, and cook for 5-7 minutes.

@mishkamakesfood Lobster Rolls (but cheaper) I love me a good New England style lobster roll in the summer but I ain’t about to pay $30 for one when I’m out for dinner or deal with the hassle of making one myself. The solution? This New England style shrimp roll. It’s got 100% of the flavor for ⅕ of the price and ¼ of the work. What’s not to love? 1 lb shrimp 1 large rib of celery ¼ bunch of parsley ⅓ cup mayo (cut to ¼ if you don’t like it saucy) Juice from ¼ lemon, zest from ½ Salt & pepper (to taste) Rolls of your choice Butter to toast said rolls Chives or scallions finely minced to top Paprika (mostly just to look nice) Add your shrimp to a medium pot, add enough water to cover plus an additional inch, and heat up over medium heat. Cook until your shrimp are opaque (depends on size of shrimp, mine took about 4 minutes). This usually happens before the water hits a simmer. Remove from water and immediately place in an ice bath. Pat your shrimp dry, roughly chop them, and toss with celery, parsley, lemon juice, mayo, salt & pepper. Store in fridge until serving. Toast your rolls in melted butter until crispy brown, then load up your shrimp and enjoy! #lobsterroll #shrimproll #lobster #shrimp #sandwich #summerrecipe #easyrecipe #foodporn #yummy #eeeeeats #eats #recipe #recipes #food #cooking #cookingvideo #foodie #feedfeed #foodlover #instagood #foodgasm #forkfeed #buzzfeedfood #tastemademedoit #photography
