Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned, about 25 minutes.

Babaganoush
Ingredients
- 2 small-to-medium eggplants
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, plus extra for garnish
- 3/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- Pinch of smoked paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Halve the eggplants lengthwise and brush the cut sides lightly with olive oil.
- Place them in the pan with the halved sides down.
- Roast the eggplant until the interior is tender.
- Set the eggplant aside to cool for a few minutes. Then flip and scoop out the flesh with a large spoon.
- Place a mesh strainer over a mixing bowl, then transfer the flesh to the strainer, stirring to release moisture.
- Add the garlic and lemon juice to the eggplant and stir vigorously with a fork until eggplant breaks down.
- Add the tahini to the bowl and stir until it’s incorporated.
- While stirring, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Continue stirring until the mixture is pale and creamy.
- Stir in the parsley, salt, and cumin.
- Transfer the babaganoush to a serving bowl and lightly drizzle olive oil on top.
- Sprinkle parsley and smoked paprika on top and serve with warmed or toasted pita wedges, carrot sticks, bell pepper strips, and cucumber slices.
@spoonforkbacon Fried Pickle Dip 🤤 Fried Pickle Dip Serves 6 to 8 Ingredients: dip: 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup sour cream 2/3 cup chopped dill pickles 1/3 cup chopped cornichons 2 tablespoons pickle juice 1 tablespoon minced dill 1 tablespoon thinly sliced chives 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder salt and pepper to taste panko topping: 2 1/2 tablespoons salted butter 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs 1/3 cup crushed fried onions 1 1/2 tablespoons thinly sliced chives (or minced dill) 1. In a bowl combine cream cheese, yogurt and sour cream. Mix together until fully combined and smooth. 2. Add pickles, pickle juice, dill, chives, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir together. Season with salt and pepper and stir again. 3. Pour mixture into a serving bowl and smooth top. 4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add panko crumbs and fried onions and toast until golden brown. 5. Remove from heat and stir in chives (or dill). 6. Pour toasted crumbs over dip in an even layer and serve with chips, crostini, crudité, pretzels, etc.

Fried Pickle Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 3/4 cup drained and chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup dill pickle juice, divided
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup panko
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, 1/2 cup chopped pickles, 1/4 cup pickle juice, and dill in a medium bowl to combine.
- Cover and chill dip until thickened slightly; about 30 minutes.
- In a medium skillet, heat butter and two tablespoons pickle juice over medium heat until simmering.
- Add panko; cook, stirring constantly, until lightly toasted.
- Add remaining 2 tablespoons of pickle juice and salt, cooking until deep golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat and let cool in skillet.
- Stir 2 tablespoons of the pickled panko mixture into sour cream mixture.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with about 1/3 cup pickled panko.
- Top dip with remaining 1/4 cup chopped pickles, dill, and serve with potato chips.

Caramelized French Onion Dip
Ingredients
- 3 medium-sized yellow onions
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 teaspoons each salt and sugar
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 12 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove fresh garlic, grated (optional)
- Fresh flat-leaf parsley, minced
- Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce to taste
Instructions
- Peel the onions and slice them very thinly.
- Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, sprinkle with salt and sugar, and sauté for 10-15 minutes.
- Pour a bit of wine into the pan and let it sizzle out. Stir, add more wine, and let reduce for about 30 minutes.
- Transfer onions to a cutting board and chop coarsely into small pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream with a hand mixer.
- Stir in the onions and a handful of fresh parsley and season to taste with Worcestershire sauce.

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon; chopped
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- Jalapeños for garnish
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or raw vegetables, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the bacon from the pan to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Add the cream cheese to a medium bowl and mash to soften.
- Add the sour cream and the ranch seasoning mix, whisking until very well combined.
- Fold in 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, chicken, sliced green onions, and all but ¼ cup of the bacon.
- Spoon the mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon, then layer jalapeños on top.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup mixed soft leafy herbs, dill, mint, tarragon, and/or cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Instructions

- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 12 ounces cocktail sauce
- 2 cups fresh boiled shrimp, chopped
- 2 green onion tops, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, onion, and garlic to a medium-sized bowl and mix until well combined.
- Spread mixture evenly in an 8-inch springform pan or shallow serving dish.
- Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 12 hours.
- Remove the sides of the springform pan with the cream cheese layer.
- Spread half of the cocktail sauce evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle chopped shrimp over cocktail sauce. Garnish with chopped green onion tops.
- Serve with crackers.
