Bri’s Loaded Mashed Potato Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 russet potatoes (or 4 for larger portions)
- 4 slices beef bacon
- 1 rib-eye steak
- Broccoli florets
- Avocado oil
- Prime steak seasoning
- Garlic
- Butter
- Milk
- Rosemary
- Shredded cheese
- Green onions
- Sour cream
- Shrimp (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop russet potatoes into chunks.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
3. Place beef bacon slices on a baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes.
4. While bacon cooks, cube the rib-eye steak.
5. Season steak with prime steak seasoning.
6. Heat avocado oil in a cast-iron skillet.
7. Cook steak to desired doneness with garlic and butter
8. Once bacon is done, add broccoli to the same sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes.
9. Prepare mashed potatoes by adding milk, rosemary, and garlic (no salt).
10. Transfer mashed potatoes to a small baking pan.
11. Top with shredded cheese.
12. Bake for 15 minutes.
13. Top with cooked shrimp, steak, crumbled bacon, green onions, and sour cream.
Note: Cook steak to your preferred doneness level, whether that’s medium-rare, medium, medium-well, or well-done.
