For those who know me, lychee martinis are an absolute obsession, firmly securing their place among my top three cocktails. Throughout 2024, I’ve found myself alternating between these delicate, floral concoctions and zesty lemon drops, indulging in what can only be described as a year-long love affair with premium cocktails.
My passion for these drinks has become so apparent that even my TikTok algorithm has caught on, regularly serving me cocktail content. Recently, while deep in one of my scrolling sessions, I stumbled upon something that stopped me mid-swipe: a lychee martini fountain tower.
This piece of cocktail artistry appeared in a video by content creator Tiarra Dickens (@idomyownstunts_), who crafted this elegant creation for her birthday celebration. As someone who considers themselves a lychee martini connoisseur, I was both amazed and slightly embarrassed that such a brilliant concept had never crossed my mind. Dickens’ presentation has now become permanently etched in my mixology aspirations, serving as inspiration for future entertaining endeavors.
The Home & Texture team reached out to the creator for detailed instructions on recreating this showstopping display at home. For anyone seeking a solution for batch cocktail service, Dickens provides the ultimate guidance.

Tiarra’s Lychee Martini Tower Recipe

- 1 handle of vodka (1.75 L) – approximately 40 shots
- 3 cans peeled and pitted lychees in syrup (20 oz per can)
- 10 cans lychee nectar or juice (12 oz each)
- Lime juice (a dash)
- Optional: 1 bottle St-Germain
Instructions
1. Reserve some whole lychees from the cans for garnish.
2. In a large mixing container, combine vodka and lychee nectar/juice.
3. Add syrup from the canned lychees to taste (start with 1 can’s worth).
4. Add a dash of fresh lime juice to balance sweetness.
5. If using St-Germain, add to taste (approximately 1-2 oz per batch).
6. Chill mixture thoroughly.
7. When serving, pour into martini glasses and garnish with lychee fruit.
For Lychee Martini Tower
If creating a martini tower, add St-Germain to the mixture and garnish each glass with a lychee. Stack glasses carefully in a pyramid formation.
