Salted Honey Matcha Latte
Ingredients
- 3.5 ounces honey
- 2 ounces matcha powder
- 2 ounces hot water
- Milk to preference
- Maldon salt to taste
- Ice
Instructions
- Add matcha powder to strainer and stir over a bowl until a fine powder is created.
- Add water (about 1 ounce) and whisk until the matcha has been fully dissolved and mixture forms.
- In a small glass, combine honey and remaining water and mix with a milk frother to smooth. Then add a few flakes of the Maldon salt to mixture and set aside.
- Add the milk of your choice to the matcha mixture and stir until smooth.
