Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
3. Fold in artichokes, spinach, cheeses and garlic.
4. Transfer to a baking dish.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
6. Serve with tortilla chips or bread.
Honey BBQ Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Pat wings dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
2. Toss with olive oil.
3. Arrange on a baking sheet.
4. Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. Mix BBQ sauce with honey.
6. Toss wings in sauce and return to oven for 5 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 lb seasoned ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 diced onion
- Sliced jalapeños
- Sour cream and guacamole for serving
Instructions

- 24 frozen meatballs

Instructions

Seven Layer Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans refried beans
- 2 cups guacamole
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 4 green onions, chopped
Instructions
1. Spread refried beans in the bottom of a large serving dish.
2. Layer guacamole over beans.
3. Add sour cream layer.
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Top with tomatoes, olives and green onions.
6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
