Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Place eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let stand covered for 12 minutes.
2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool completely. Peel the eggs.
3. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.
4. Mash the yolks with a fork, then mix in mayonnaise, cream cheese, and Dijon mustard until smooth.

Ingredients

  • 24 medium cremini mushrooms
  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
