Anyone who knows me knows that I have an undying love affair with champagne. The effervescent bubbles, the crisp taste, and the way it instantly elevates any occasion make it my go-to drink of choice. But what I love equally, if not more, is discovering ways to incorporate champagne into my cocktails.
There’s something magical about using champagne as a mixer. It adds a layer of chicness to any drink while maintaining that signature sparkle we all know and love. Whether it’s a lazy Sunday brunch or an evening soirée, champagne cocktails always seem to hit the perfect note.
Ahead, I’m sharing five of my favorite champagne cocktails that will help you take your mixology game to the next level. These recipes are easy to follow but impressive enough to make your guests think you’ve been taking secret bartending classes.
