Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip ✨ Ingredients • 2 tbsp unsalted butter • ½ medium yellow onion, finely diced • 4-5garlic cloves, minced • 6 cups packed baby spinach • 8 oz cream cheese, softened • 1 (5.2 oz) package Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese (my secret ingredient 😉) • ⅓ cup sour cream • ⅓ cup mayonnaise • 2 tbsp half-and-half • ½ tsp garlic salt, more to taste • ½ tsp black pepper • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional) • 1 (15 oz) jar artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, plus ½ cup for topping • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus ⅓ cup for topping Directions 1. Sauté the aromatics: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook 4–5 minutes, until soft. Stir in garlic and cook another 30 seconds until fragrant. 2. Add the spinach: Add packed spinach and cook until wilted and most of the moisture cooks off. Press it down as it cooks so it softens evenly. 3. Remove from heat & make it creamy: Take the skillet off the heat. Stir in cream cheese, Boursin, sour cream, mayonnaise, and half-and-half. Mix until smooth and creamy. 4. Season & combine: Add garlic salt (to taste), black pepper, and (optional) red pepper flakes. Stir in chopped artichoke hearts, 1 cup mozzarella, and ½ cup Parmesan until well combined. 5. Bake: Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish. Top with remaining ½ cup mozzarella and ⅓ cup Parmesan. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Then broil for 2 mins until golden on top. 6. Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving so it stays creamy but holds its shape. Ingredients Whole Large Rotisserie Chicken 1 small Yellow onion 4-6 green onion/scallion 4-6 cloves minced garlic 10 oz whipped cream cheese Ranch dressing Franks red hot buffalo wing sauce Spicy Ranch Seasoning Cheddar Cheese, shredded Mozzarella cheese, shredded Colby Jack Cheese, shredded Natures Seasoning all purpose blend 1. Shred the rotisserie chicken into small pieces. 2. In a bowl, mix together 10 oz of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce. 3. Stir in the shredded chicken and 1 cup each of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. 4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with a drizzle of ranch and hot sauce then top with another 1/2 cup or so of shredded colby jack cheese. 5. Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

French Onion Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1½ cups sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
