The Henny-Rita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Hennessy Cognac
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz triple sec
- 0.5 oz agave nectar
- Tajín for rim
- Ice
- Lime wheel for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rim a margarita glass with Tajín.
2. In a shaker, combine Hennessy, lime juice, triple sec, and agave nectar.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
4. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Classic Patrón Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Patrón Silver tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz triple sec
- 0.5 oz agave nectar (optional)
- Salt for rim
- Ice
- Lime wheel for garnish
Instructions:
1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass and dip in salt.
2. In a shaker, combine Patrón, lime juice, triple sec, and agave (if using).
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients:
- 6 ears of corn
- 1/2 cup Mexican crema or mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 limes, juiced
- Hot sauce to taste
Instructions:
1. Grill corn until charred on all sides.
2. Mix crema/mayo with lime juice.
3. Brush corn with mixture.
4. Sprinkle with cotija cheese and chili powder.
5. Serve with lime wedges and hot sauce.

In a large pot, sear on high heat until it develops a crust on both sides. Add the rest of your ingredients and simmer for 7-10 minutes or until tender. Shred. Chicken Tinga Tacos
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 3 chipotle peppers in adobo
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- Corn tortillas
- Avocado and lime for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook and shred chicken.
2. Sauté onions and garlic.
3. Blend chipotles and tomato sauce.
4. Combine all ingredients and simmer.
