Most tennis fanatics watch Wimbledon and the US Open to cheer on icons like Naomi Osaka and Serena Williams as they conquer the court. Others in the audience are less enthusiastic about the game and more concerned with when they’ll be getting another delicious cocktail. While the British sports event is home to the famous Pimm’s Cup, the Open has a special drink that people can’t get enough of – the Honey Deuce.

As Town and Country points out, the vodka-based cocktail gets its name from tennis’ tie score of 40-40, also known as “deuce.” Besides the clever pun, frozen balls of melon garnish the Honey Deuce, resembling miniature (and delicious) tennis balls. It tastes best with Grey Goose vodka, and Chambord is the recommended premium raspberry liqueur to pour over your crushed ice. The lemonade adds a sweet but citrusy twist to the US Open’s signature beverage that’s sure to stick with you long after the first sip.
