Now that St. Patrick’s Day and Easter are behind us, it’s time to celebrate a new and more rare occasion. The Total Solar Eclipse is coming in full force this April, on April 8th, 2024 to be exact. This event doesn’t happen often, as 2017 was the last year we saw one. Even though the darkness of the eclipse will only be a few moments, you can add a little light to the party with a drink.

Make an event out of celebrating the total solar eclipse. If you’re hosting a party, finger foods, a charcuterie board, chips & dip or pizza can go a long way in making your guests happy. Adding a few drink recipes here and there won’t hurt either. Here’s your guide to making total solar eclipse cocktails.
