Henny-Rita (Hennessy Margarita)

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Hennessy V.S
• 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz Orange liqueur
• 0.25 oz Agave syrup
• 1 Lime wedge
• Optional: Salt for rim

Instructions:

• If desired, rim a cocktail glass with salt.
• Fill a shaker with ice.
• Add Hennessy V.S., fresh lime juice, orange liqueur, and agave syrup to the shaker.
• Shake for about 10-15 seconds.
• Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
• Garnish with a lime wedge.

Hennessy Paloma

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P
• 0.75 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
• 2 oz Soda water
• 0.25 oz Agave syrup
• 1 Slice of grapefruit for garnish

Instructions:

• 1.5 oz Hennessy V.S
• 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice

• 5-6 Fresh mint leaves
• 0.5 oz Simple syrup
• Soda water, to top
• Mint sprig and fresh berries for garnish

Instructions:

• In a cocktail shaker, muddle the berries, mint leaves, and simple syrup.
• Add Hennessy V.S., fresh lime juice, and ice to the shaker.
• Give a good shake for about 10-15 seconds.
• Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
