This refreshing beverage is an easy go-to for any season and occasion. All you need is a St-Germain liqueur, Prosecco or sparkling wine, club soda, ice cubes, and a slice of lemon or edible flower. The rules are very simple.

How To Make The Nene Leakes St-Germain Spritz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 3 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine
  •  1 oz club soda
  •  Ice cubes
  • Lemon twist or edible flower for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass with ice cubes.
  •  Pour 2 oz of St-Germain elderflower liqueur over the ice.
  • Add 3 oz of chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine.
  • Top with 1 oz of club soda.
  • Stir to combine all ingredients.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist or an edible flower.
