At Home & Texture, we’re always looking for innovative ways to blend technology with home life, so enter our newest franchise: mAIn Ingredient. This series showcases AI-generated recipes that transform everyday pantry staples into delicious meals, treats, and drinks. Here’s the best part: our favorite content creators put these tech-inspired dishes to the test, bringing you first-hand reviews and easy-to-follow cooking tutorials.
For our latest mAIn Ingredient feature, we tapped hosting aficionado Yasmine (@eatswithyasmine) to show us how to craft the perfect post-work cocktail. With the help of AI, Yasmine curates a refreshing Sparkling Vodka cocktail featuring the cult-loved drink brand Poppi.

In the clip, Yasmine has three main ingredients: vodka, champagne, and orange flavor Poppi. She asks ChatGPT for a cocktail recipe using these three ingredients. What she got was a recipe called Sparkling Poppi Vodka Cocktail. Yasmine then shows us from start to finish using spirit home essentials such as vodka and champagne to add an extra bit of “pop” to the Poppi top-off. Once finished, the creator adds a lemon wedge to the drink for a zesty finish. “This is honestly so good, especially with the lemon wedge. I will definitely give this 5 chef kisses,” she says after taking a sip of the cocktail before her friend arrives.
