  • 2 ounces lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Add gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice to shaker with ice and shake until well mixed and chilled.
  2. Strain mixture into glass over crushed ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with lemon slices and sprigs of fresh lavender.

Rose-Infused Lemon Drop

Ingredients 

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 ounce rose water syrup

Instructions

  1. Add vodka, lemon juice, and rose water syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well mixed and chilled.
  2. Strain into a glass with ice.

Mint Julep

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. In a clean glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup until fragrant.
  2. Add crushed ice to the glass, filling it just to the brim.
  3. Pour bourbon over the ice and stir gently to mix.

Cucumber Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 ounce tequila
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar (or simple syrup)
  • Lime wedges; for garnish and rimming glass

Instructions

  1. Add the cucumber to a blender and puree until juice is formed.
  2. Add the cucumber juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave nectar to glass, then stir until well mixed.
  3. Rim glass with lime wedge and salt and fill with ice.
  4. Pour the margarita into glass and serve with lime wedges.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 tablespoons chamomile honey syrup
  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 4 fresh strawberries sliced
  • sparkling water
  • crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Add the grapefruit juice, chamomile syrup, tequila, and strawberries to a glass.
  2. Gently muddle the strawberries into the liquid.
  3. Add a handful of crushed ice to the glass and then top with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with fresh chamomile flowers and more strawberry slices before serving.
