So what exactly is in an adrenal cocktail? This magical elixir that boosts your mood is filled with vitamin c and potassium to support your immune system. Whether you’re looking for a drink that is good for your health or just want something sweet to slightly sip on, an adrenal cocktail is the perfect drink. Make it after a long day of work, for a wellness day with your friends or before work or exercising for a mood booster. If you find yourself not getting enough hydration, this is also a great drink to sip on during the day. Here are a few adrenal cocktail recipes for your health and wellness.

The Original Adrenal Cocktail

  • Orange juice
  • Fresh lemon or lime juice
  • Coconut water
  • Salt
  • Coconut milk
  • Ginger (optional)
  • Cream of tartar (optional)
