Memphis-based designer Carmeon Hamilton is no stranger to being on screen. From being the winner of HGTV’s “Design Star: Next Gen,” the star of “Reno My Rental,” and the star of Home & Texture’s “House Tours,” Hamilton loves sharing her design tips and tricks with an audience. It’s no surprise that the multi-faceted creative will be starring in a new home renovation series on HGTV.

Turning Houses Around

The new series will star Hamilton and is based in Memphis, where season one of “House Tours” was filmed. Hamilton will help frustrated homeowners in the Memphis area. She will fix their houses to fit the needs of their families. She will renovate spaces that are personal to the homeowners, turning impractical homes into functional spaces. The Memphis-based designer will enlist the help of her team of talented makers and craftspeople. Each home will tailor to fit the homeowners’ lives, personal design styles and budgets.
