Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Move Into Their $60 Million Beverly Hills Abode

After two years of searching for the perfect home, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, known as ‘Beniffer’ by millennials, finally purchased a stunning property. Furniture was seen being moved into the mansion on Wednesday. According to Daily Mail, at least six vehicles were parked outside the property entrance, and rugs, flowers, and furniture were laid out on tarps ready to be placed in the home. A large moving truck was seen parked near the property.

The 46,000-square-foot home has everything you need: a wine room, a spa with a hair and nail salon, a cinema, a whiskey lounge, and a sauna and massage room. There’s also a 5,000-square-foot sports facility that has an indoor pickleball court, sports lounge, and boxing ring. Separately, there is a two-bedroom guard house. This home boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 15 fireplaces.

So how much did the home cost the famous couple? Beniffer paid a whopping $60,850,000 in cash, according to TMZ. The deal took one week to close from start to finish. While it may sound like a load of cash, the property was originally listed for $135,000,000 in 2018 and relisted this year for $75,000,000. In the end, the couple scored an amazing deal, almost $15 million under the asking price.

An Incredible View

According to the listing, this home was “newly rebuilt and expanded.” It has a 12-car garage and enough parking for 80 vehicles.

The double-gated estate is located on a five-acre property with an incredible view. There’s a zero-edge pool located in the back of the main house, overlooking the area. Referred to as the “Wallingford estate,” this home is located in Beverly Hills, California.

The Affleck’s were represented by Brett Lawyer, whose previous clients are Katy Perry and Madonna. Ginger Glass of Compass represented the seller of the house. In the past few months, the couple dropped out of escrow on three properties. It is unclear why they changed their mind.
