H&M HOME has once again teamed up with the iconic color authority, Pantone, to launch a vibrant capsule collection. This collaboration, which is available in stores and online, brings a burst of energy and freshness to home interiors, especially focusing on food serving and storage items.

The H&M HOME Pantone collection introduces two distinct color palettes: Zesty & Fresh and Sweet & Juicy. These palettes explore the intersection of flavor, taste, and color, infusing everyday items with vibrant hues.

Zesty & Fresh Palette

The Zesty & Fresh palette features shades of green and yellow. These colors evoke a sense of nature and the outdoors, promoting feelings of balance, joy, and serenity. The color green is perfect for enhancing mood and encouraging peace, while yellow is centered around joy and happiness and is said to enhance communication and wisdom.

Evelina Kravaev-Söderberg, Head of Design & Creative at H&M HOME, emphasizes the importance of these colors in a press release: “The vitality of color is essential to the effect it has on our emotions, sense and how easily it transforms our living spaces with just a lick of paint.”

Sweet & Juicy Palette

In contrast, the Sweet & Juicy palette includes a spicy red and strong orange, colors that evoke excitement and passion. Red, the hue of both love and anger, is a brightly intense color where a little goes a long way. Orange, closely related to red, is a bold color that stimulates energy and enthusiasm. This palette brings a dynamic and lively vibe to dining spaces, encouraging vibrant interactions around the kitchen table.

“For this second edition, we have explored the connection between food, taste, and color,” says Kravaev-Söderberg. “Perhaps you strictly favor the freshness of green and yellow or simply want to mix it up, adding the spice of red and orange as well. The choice is yours. We hope this collection featuring specifically curated Pantone shades will make for a bright addition to our customers’ table settings.”

The collection offers a wide range of items designed to add bright colors to dining and living spaces such as plates, serving bowls, coasters, placemats and jars. The pieces in this collection are meant to be mixed and matched.
