Fruity, delicious and good for heart health: what kind of drink has all three in one? Pomegranate mocktails are easy and delicious, plus, they’re fun to make. If you’re hosting a cute Galentines girls’ night, movie night with the kids or a date night, these drinks are the perfect mocktails.

If you plan on participating in Dry January for a fun challenge or are looking to cut alcohol and alcoholic drinks out cold turkey, mocktails are the perfect alternative. They give you a chance to experiment with different flavors, drinks, syrups, textures and more!

Not only are the flavors the best part of a mocktail, but dressing it up will make you want one every day. Utilize crushed ice, cubed or sphere ice or heart-shaped ice for a Valentine’s or Galentines celebration. Incorporate different textures such as sugar and salt rims, fruit, seeds, jalapeños, and flowers for garnishes. Make them for yourself or in large batches for parties and celebrations. There’s no limit to the creative opportunities that a good mocktail can bring.

While peak Pomegranate season is from September to November, they are sold in stores and markets year-round. In Pomegranate mocktails, you can use pomegranate syrup, seeds and fruit for a sweet and fruity taste. Here are some of our favorite pomegranate mocktail ideas.
