Buckingham Palace: $3.8 Billion
As a popular tourist destination and the British monarch’s official residence, Buckingham Palace is the most expensive house in the world. It’s worth over $3.8 billion. When touring Buckingham Palace, you’ll be taken through highlights like the white drawing room, view the marble sculptures, and see additional staterooms. They also have special events for visiting and walking through the garden and shops where you can get souvenirs or have a sip of tea.
Antilia Mansion: $2 Billion
Valued at over $2 billion, the Antilia house is located in Mumbai, India. Boasting multiple helicopter pads, a 168-car garage, a theater, and multiple pools. The 27-story mansion stands at 570 feet tall and is owned by businessman, Mukesh Ambani. This mansion even has a snow room to cool off in for hot summer days, and there are 49 bedrooms and require a staff of 600 for maintenance and upkeep.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s Malibu Mansion: $200 Million
Everyone’s favorite power couple and entertainers, Jay-Z and Beyoncé, bought a Malibu mansion last year, for $200 million. The couple set the real estate record for the most expensive home in California. While we don’t have many details on what the inside of the home looks like, we do know that they bought the home from Bill Bell, a renowned art collector.
Villa Les Cèdres Mansion: $413 million
An incredible 187-year-old mansion, the Villa Les Cèdres is located in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, France and is worth over $413 million. The property boasts over 18,000 square feet with 14 bedrooms, a large ballroom, horse stables, a large swimming pool and gorgeous views of the Mediterranean.
Palais Bulles: $420 million
Located in Cannes, France, Palais Bulles is a luxurious and eclectic home that was once owned by iconic fashion designer, Pierre Cardin. With a colorful interior and funky decor, the home boasts a bubble and futuristic-like design. With multiple swimming pools, waterfalls, a theater, and a reception hall, this mansion has been decorated and lived in by multiple artists. It has 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
