Future is known among the rap community for being a ladies’ man. The lyricist has at least eight children between 4-21, all from different women, and while he doesn’t have full custody of his kids, he does have almost enough space for them in his Miami mansion. In 2022, Future bought two new properties in Florida, one of which won’t be ready until 2026. He spends plenty of time in the studio and partying with his contemporaries, but when he’s at home, the “Mask Off” hitmaker can totally relax and enjoy the dozens of amenities he dished out millions for.
Where Does Future Live Right Now?
In November 2022, Future became the proud owner of a $16.3M mansion on Allison Island – a private, gated enclave of just 49 homes located in Miami Beach. The stunning home spans 8,897 feet with seven bedrooms and tons of water views. Once he entered the master bedroom, it’s likely the Atlanta native didn’t want to leave. Inside there’s a full wet bar and win fridge, two walk-in closets and a private balcony spanning the entire length of the home. Meanwhile, his backyard has a pool, spa, multiple dining areas plus space to park a yacht. According to Miami Luxury Homes, Future’s celebrity neighbors include Shakira, Pitbull and his “Love Me” collaborator Lil Wayne.
In 2026, His Luxury Bentley Residences Condo Will Be Ready
Just one month after making that expensive purchase, the entertainer (born Nayvadius DeMun Cash) dished out another $7.5M on a Bentley Residences Condo in Sunny Isles Beach, Miai. The building itself has a three-story lobby and Future’s spot reportedly spans between 2,800-3,000 square feet with three bedrooms. Like the Allison Island mansion, this location also boasts water views which can even be enjoyed while soaking in a bath. The East Coast icon won’t be able to move in until 2026, but when the condo is ready, he’ll be living like a king.
Expansive terraces, private heated swimming pools and an outdoor kitchen with a Gaggenau Vario electric grill is what he’ll be enjoying, not to mention the towel warmers and heated floors. Perhaps the coolest part of the Bentley building is the Dezervator elevator, which “takes residents from the ground level of the building directly to their apartments without leaving their vehicles so they can park by the door as though they were in a home. Future’s condo is said to hold four cars at a time!
