The Rock’s Real Estate Portfolio

The Rock has quite the real estate collection, with homes all over the United States and abroad. One of his more recent purchases includes a $3.8 million home for his mom in Encino, California. The house is Cape Cod-style with personalized rooms for his mom, including a “smackdown” themed room and a ukulele display room. Johnson hired a design team to build the home, which took eight weeks. Spanning over 4,400 square feet, the house has six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a breakfast nook and a pool.

The Fast and Furious actor has a large $12 million mansion in Virginia, spanning over 8,000 square feet. The home, which is near hiking trails and the Blue Ridge Mountains, features seven bedrooms and bathrooms, a large pool and a horse stable. Slightly different than his other mansion, this home is a colonial-style mansion with a nice garden and scenic pathways.

In addition to his Virginia home, Johnson has also invested in multiple properties in the state of Florida. He has over 10 properties in the state, all between $1 and $3 million. One of his lavish homes is a $3.4 million Miami mansion with a contemporary Mediterranean style with a large garden, home theater, a gym, pool and six bedrooms and bathrooms.

For when he wants to go on vacation, The Rock has a Hawaii home for such occasions. The tropical home located on O’ahu features five bedrooms, a guesthouse, a cascading pool and palm trees.

While the Black Adam actor was filming The Fast and Furious spinoff, Hobbs and Shaw, he purchased a London home. While the price is unknown, the mansion spans over 3 acres featuring an indoor pool, a billiards room, nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms, a pink-themed theater room, a gym and a Britain-themed study. The home also has plenty of outdoor features like a tennis court, an outdoor pool, three garages and a horse ranch.

Georgia Homes

One of Dwayne Johnson’s massive mansions is located in Georgia. He purchased the eight-bedroom mansion on a farm for $9.5 million. The 14,000-square-foot property features a horse-riding arena, a large saltwater pool, a traditional French manor, rustic fireplaces and grasslands surrounding the property. Johnson sold the home in 2021, less than two years after purchasing. The interiors include a large library, marble bathrooms, stone fireplaces and hardwood flooring throughout the house.

Right now, the former wrestler and actor owns an Atlanta mansion, about 20 miles from Downtown. The eight-bedroom home features a wine room, library, saltwater cabana and pool and a 12-stall barn horse farm. Johnson purchased the home for $9 million and listed the home for $7.5 million in 2021.

The Rock currently lives in his Beverly Hills mansion with his family, which was purchased in 2021 for $27.8 million. The Mediterranean-style home is a sports haven, with a baseball field, a tennis court, a pool and a rec center.
