Recently, the company revealed its plans to list the ‘Most-Loved Homes on Airbnb’ in a new platform feature called Guest Favorites. Guest Favorites highlights the top 2 million rental properties that garnered the highest ratings, reviews, reliability scores from other guests.

The new feature scores properties based on a comprehensive analysis of more than half a billion trips. Plus, nearly 2 out of every 3 ‘Guest Favorites’ are owned by Superhosts. This ensures Airbnb fans have an optimal experience not only as they explore but during their stay as well.

Airbnb co-founder and CEO Brian Chesky explained the intention behind the new feature. “People often describe checking into an Airbnb as a  ‘moment of truth’— when you find out if the home you booked meets your expectations, too often, it doesn’t. We’re changing that today. With Guest Favorites, revamped reviews, and the new Listings tab, you’ll now know exactly what to expect every time you book.”
