HGTV is a hub for transformative design shows. While the channel has no shortage of options, fitting to every kind of design lover, it’s also well-loved for the cast of quirky and charismatic hosts. These personalities have made shows like “Love It or List It” a favorite with many devoted viewers. So you can imagine the excitement buzzing around the show’s return starring fan-favorite Page Turner.
The real estate expert and house flipper is best known for her creative and stunning transformations. However, as designer and host of the new season, Turner brings her bubbly personality and charm to the show. In each episode, she gives the guests’ home a dreamy makeover while real estate agent David Visentin searches for a new property as an alternative. Going head-to-head, Turner showcases her competitive edge and love of design to help guests fall in love with their home.
While this role marks a milestone for Turner, it’s not her first foray into the world of reality interior design television. We were first introduced to her on HGTV’s “Flip or Flop Nashville,” “Fix My Flip,” and “Rock the Block.” Her stint on each of these shows gained her a loyal following. When it came time to find a new host for “Love It or List It,” after longtime host Hilary Farr announced her departure, Turner seemed like a natural fit.

A New Era
An official press release from HGTV notes, “Her extensive background in real estate and design will be a superpower as she enters into this celebrated real estate rivalry. We cannot wait to watch her give David a run for his money.” However, fans of the show have mixed emotions. Visentin and Farr had a long 19-season run together, so naturally there’s a bit of sentiment about the changeup. But the return of the show has been long awaited, and with Turner’s fresh energy, it promises to be a good revival. “Love It or List It” is slated to return Summer 2025.
