“Elf” is turning 20! Yes, the popular holiday movie is celebrating 20 years since its release in 2003. From the ingenious storyline to the witty one-liners, this festive film provides loads of fun for families every holiday season. And fortunately for fans, Warner Bros. is teaming up with home furnishing company Pottery Barn to bring that same festive charm to your home.
Inside the Elf x Pottery Barn Home Goods Collection
“From the moment ‘Elf’ was released, it became an instant fan favorite and beloved holiday film that is now part of many people’s holiday traditions,” said Pottery Barn CEO Marta Benson in a press statement. “We’re pleased to partner with Warner Bros. Discovery on a collaboration that brings whimsy and fun to people’s homes this holiday season.”
Inside the exclusive collection, shoppers can find more than 25 pieces, including bedding, tableware, decor, seasonal accessories, and a wide gift selection for the holidays. Each piece takes inspiration from the movie’s star Buddy the Elf. His signature green outfit makes a special appearance in many of the collections’ designs, from throw blankets to punch bowls.
And if you’re a true “Elf” aficionado, you’ll notice the collection incorporates a number of references from the movie. For example, a welcome mat features Buddy’s famous line, “I’m a cotton-headed ninnymuggins” while a set of appetizer plates references the four elf food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corn, and syrup.
