February is here and Valentine’s Day is almost in full swing. While Dry January was last month, who says you can’t keep it going? Going dry for most of February, for a few months, or for the rest of the year, will make you feel so much better. Going completely dry has health benefits including better sleep, clearer skin, less bloating, better exercise and fewer issues with high blood pressure and your liver.
So how exactly can you go fully dry? Mocktails are a great way to drink less alcohol and they taste even better than cocktails. With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, if you your partner or friends don’t drink, creating a love mocktail is a perfect way to celebrate the day without alcohol.
Whether you have a personal goal or just don’t drink at all, you can create so many delicious concoctions for date night, a Galentine’s celebration, or a night in for yourself. Celebrate Valentine’s Day this year with the perfect Love Mocktail recipes to try.
