They are a great way to experiment with different flavors, syrups, fruits and more. From light and fruity drinks to sweet vanilla to coffee-flavored drinks, there are so many different types of mocktails to try.
Ginger Beer is a popular drink flavor that just about every bartender puts in Mule drinks and cocktails. Because of this, it’s of course going to be at just about any bar or restaurant you go to. The combination of the ginger flavor and fizz makes for a perfect and refreshing drink, especially when paired with different flavors.
The beauty of ginger beer is that you can use it to make so many different types of mocktails. Here are some of our favorite ginger beer mocktail recipes.
Moscow Mule Mocktail
Ingredients:
- Ginger Beer (Non-Alcoholic)
- Lime Juice
- Sparkling Water or soda
- Ice
Pour your ginger beer over ice. Add in a little bit of lime juice and either sparkling water or soda and enjoy your alcohol-free Moscow Mule. This simple ginger beer cocktail is so tasty and won’t have you missing the alcoholic version at all.
Pineapple Ginger Beer Mocktail
Ingredients:
- Ginger Beer (Non-Alcoholic)
- Honey
- Lemon
- Pineapple Juice
- Ice
Pour some ginger beer and pineapple juice in a glass over ice. Add in a little bit of honey and juice from a lemon. Enjoy this sweet, fruity and refreshing take on the ginger beer cocktail.
Floral Ginger Beer Mocktail
Ingredients:
- Your favorite floral syrup: Lavender, Rose, Elderflower or Hibiscus
- Ginger Beer (Non-Alcoholic)
- Lemon or Lime Juice
- Sparkling Water or Soda
- Ice
Flowers aren’t just for growing and looking at. Include a few floral notes into your ginger beer mocktail to sweeten it. Pour some ginger beer and a drink of your choice (sparkling water or soda) into a glass. Add either some lemon or lime juice and then add your favorite floral syrup to the mix. Add multiple flavors if you want to experiment and have a sweeter taste. Stir and enjoy!
Spice It Up
Ingredients:
- Ginger Beer (Non-Alcoholic)
- Lemon Juice
- Ice
- Honey
- Sliced Jalapeños
- Mint (optional)
Spice things up with this ginger beer mocktail. In a glass with ice, pour in your ginger beer. Add in the juice from a lemon and some honey. Slice jalapeño into small slices and add them to your mocktail. Stir and enjoy this spicy concoction.
Apple Ginger Beer Mocktail
Ingredients:
- Ginger Beer (Non-Alcoholic)
- Lime Juice
- Apple Juice or Apple Cider
- Cinnamon Sugar
- Apple Slices
- Ice
This drink is perfect for Fall but delicious all year round! Grab your glass and dip the top in some lime juice. Rim the top of the glass with cinnamon sugar. Fill the glass with ice and then pour in your ginger beer. Add in a little bit of lemon juice. Pour in either apple juice or apple cider. Stir and then garnish the drink with a few thin apple slices. Now you have the perfect cozy ginger beer mocktail.
