Rapper Rick Ross has his eyes set on a spectacular property in Miami, Florida. Realtor.com has reported that the rapper is currently in contract for a mansion on Star Island. The oceanfront mansion is packed to the brim with amenities, and the neighborhood itself is equally posh.
With celebrity neighbors like music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs and Gloria Estefan, Rick Ross will undoubtedly feel comfortable in his new area. The Real Deal reported that Ross has already received a “golf cart as a welcome to the luxe enclave” from Combs.
An Inside Look At Rick Ross’ Oceanfront Miami Mansion
The oceanfront mansion was listed for $37.5 million and has an impressive 9,747 square feet of luxury wonder to enjoy. According to public documents, the property has six bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms. With almost a full acre of land, the mansion has access to approximately 100 feet of water frontage. Currently, the estate is in a pending sale status.
The mansion even seems like it’s made for a superstar rapper—the impressive mansion exudes opulence with its lengthy driveway and guarded entryway. The mansion also has customer millwork throughout and luxury glass walls in many of the rooms.
The foyer is massive and has a 30-foot ceiling, a custom staircase and travertine floors. From this angle, guests will be able to view the Biscayne Bay.
Every room in this mansion is impressive, but the living room takes the cake. The spacious area has wall-sized windows that lead to a waterfront patio. In the home’s library, several built-in bookcases line the walls on both sides. The entertainment room has a built-in bar and offers endless ways and spaces to entertain while viewing the water.
The kitchen is as grand as you’d expect it to be: fit for the 5-star chef, it has what seems to be endless cabinets and a separate breakfast room to enjoy lavish brunches. Most of the bedrooms come with their own terraces to enjoy the views. The backyard area has a remarkable 40-foot dock, so you can expect a lot of private parties to happen there.
This listing was represented by Jill Eber with Coldwell Banker Realty. Kimberly Knausz with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty repped the buyer according to reports.
