Pasta is an easy dish that can feed a lot of people. Make a large vodka pasta dish with fried chicken cutlets to go with it. Add your garlic and cook for a few seconds before adding some tomato paste. Cook the tomato past down for about a minute before deglazing with a shot of vodka. Cook the alcohol down while continuing to stir, then pour in your heavy cream and a little bit of your pasta water. Stir and cook until the mixture thickens. Add your seasonings and some freshly grated parmesan. Add some cold slices of butter and stir, then add your pasta in to let it cook in the sauce.

To cook your chicken, you’re going to want to shallow fry it. Start by flattening and washing your chicken and seasoning it. Season your flour and bread crumbs with your seasonings, while adding a little bit of grated parmesan to your panko seasoning. Heat up your vegetable oil in a pan. Beat a few eggs, then once your oil is up to temperature, it’s time to start frying. Dip your chicken in the egg, then in the flour, then back in the egg wash, then in your panko bread crumbs. Fry until both sides and the inside are well-cooked.

Plate your vodka pasta and garnish with some freshly grated parmesan, red pepper flakes and parsley. Cut your chicken into slices and add it on top of the pasta. Grate more parmesan on top of your chicken. Now your family has a delicious and filling meal.
