Now the “America’s Next Top Model” star has set her sights on sweets with her new ice cream shop, Smize & Dream, in Sydney, Australia. While the new venture may seem like a surprise to fans, it’s been one of Banks’ longtime dreams. In a recent interview on “TODAY with Jenna & Friends,” she told the duo that making ice cream and running an ice cream shop has always been a lifelong goal that began with her mom, Carolyn London.

She recently surprised her mom with a trip to Sydney to unveil the flagship opening of Smize & Dream as a tribute to her. It was a big step for Banks, but an even more heartfelt moment for her mom.
